Bricks & Minifigs Indian Trail shipping policy:
Most orders ship within 24 hours of receipt (not counting weekends or holidays).
Orders over $75 will include free standard shipping.
Orders less than $75 are subject to a $6.95 shipping charge.
The shipping carrier will vary based on order size and weight.
Exchanges:
To serve you the most efficiently and expedite the process, we do not offer product exchanges.
Bricks & Minifigs return policy:
Your satisfaction is our main goal. Rest assured, if you have a problem with your order, we will make it right. Please reach out to us for instructions on how to complete a return.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This applies to new-in-box merchandise only. All used sets and minifigures are FINAL SALE.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Any shipping fees paid on the original order are not refundable.
You may use your preferred shipping method to return an item. We suggest that you use a trackable shipping method for your return.
